• Eligibility Requirements:Must be an MVEA member. Application must include at least three (3) letters of reference from persons who know you and your situation, including one reference from the Human Services agency that is working with you and two (2) unrelated persons. Do not include persons living in your home, family members, or those you have listed in Liabilities.
