The Resource Exchange (TRE)

The Resource Exchange (TRE) is the Community Centered Board (CCB) for El Paso, Park and Teller Counties. It is also the Single Entry Point and administers Colorado's Medicaid waivers. CCBs are authorized by the State of Colorado to manage and deliver services to people with developmental disabilities. TRE, serves nearly 9,000 infants, children, teenagers, adults, and seniors in El Paso, Pueblo, Teller, and Park counties. Its mission is: Advocating for independence and inclusion, TRE partners with children and adults who have a variety of disabilities, delays, mental health or long-term care needs. They do this using a person-centered approach in coordinating care, promoting choices, and collaborating with community partners. TRE supports people at all stages of life: Early Intervention, Early Childhood Mental Health, Home and Community-Based Services, Family Support and Services, Children's Medicaid Waivers, Adult Medicaid Waivers, Supported Living Services, Disability Determination, Eligibility, Community Resource Navigation, Enrollment, and Quality Monitoring.
