Unprofessional Agency. Lack of concern for patients health and safety. Medications are not properly monitored-housing program is worst rated in Pueblo. Staff members often try to agitate patients on purpose-lie on medical charts-withhold information necessary to promote positive healthcare choices. Threaten patients by saying they will lose their benefits if they choose to go to another mental health facility for treatment

A girl was almost killed because they refused to help her boyfrind get his medication-it was in the paperMistreatment facility is the only appropriate term for Spanish Peaks Mental Health Facility. They made someone live in an apartment that had bats. Patients wander around town begging for money for food and cigarettes-most don't even have enough clothing because Peaks takes all their money. The worst is when staff members pick at patients unitl they end up in the state hospital-Don't make sure patients even have thier meds. Pets get better treatment!
