Rocky Mountain Human Services provides services to vulnerable populations throughout the Rocky Mountain West. These include: Children with developmental delays and disabilities; Adults with cognitive and intellectual disabilities; Adults, including military personnel and veterans, who live with the effects of a traumatic brain injury (TBI); Veterans who are homeless or in jeopardy of losing their homes; People transitioning from a mental health institute, psychiatric hospital or substance use treatment facility to a community setting; Children and adults in need of long term care
