Women's Vet2Vet Group

First Thu of every month starting at 10:00am

This group is open to female veterans those who identify as female, who are already receiving mental health
care. It encourages social engagement and is focused on military sexual trauma. The monthly group is facilitated by a Certified Readjustment Counselor and a female veteran peer and will meet on the first Thursday of the month, 10-11 a.m., beginning Feb. 6.

The group will directly follow Comeback
Yoga a free, trauma-informed,veteran-led yoga class. The yoga class is held weekly from 9-10 a.m. If you'd be interested in participating in the group or yoga classes, have any questions, or are not yet receiving mental health care and need help getting established, contact:
