I have tried to get help for the last 3 months and could never get anyone to call me back. I left many messages and no call back. I finally found a number and called the employee and she set me up with the benefits department. I told the employee that I have started the claim process myself because I could not get anyone from the WWP to call me back. I just wanted someone to help with the process. Obviously you are not for the Veteran. I am a retired officer and if you do that to me I hate to see what you do to the enlisted soldiers. I just got an email from the benefits department and the process to get help from them is ridiculously wild. I just wanted a little help.
