Rent Assistance is held on Monday's Only - at 4pm SHARP. This service is available to all residents of El Paso County, Colorado. *Eviction notice is NOT required.* Everyone will be given a number and if your number is drawn then you will be given an appointment if you qualify for rent assistance. Please check our website for updates and last-minute cancellations.
  • HoursMonday 4pm-7pm; Wednesday & Friday 9am-12pm(Noon), Thursday 9am-12pm(Noon) and 1pm-4pm
  • Specific Populations Served:None
  • Fees:Please contact provider for fee information.
  • Application Process:Rent is on Mondays only! Future appointments will be scheduled after a number is drawn beginning at 4 pm
  • Eligibility Requirements:Photo ID, Eviction notices are not required for rental assistance eligiblity. Client MUST reside in the service area (see zipcodes) Must be current on previous months rent. Must NOT have received rent assist in the last 12 months
  • Payment/Insurance Accepted:Please contact provider for accepted forms of payment.
