Provides both transitional and permanent rentals primarily serving those individuals earning less than 30% of the area median income adjusted for family size. Also known as Ithaka Land Trust, we hold property "in trust" and "in perpetuity" on behalf of people with limited incomes. We currently house more than 125 residents at two hospitality houses, two apartment buildings, two four-unit buildings, and fifteen houses. The land trust also leases space to a non-profit organization serving a special population.
