I am rating this service poor, However there are great FFC providers that do stick to a curriculum. Its just a totally complete failed system made of spouses who are using the system to collect additional FDA funds for their school aged children. My daughter has been with two provider already within the last year not to include alternates when providers need to take time off. The first provider started off great then some how fell off due to personal issues. We totally knew at the time there was no structure and it was more of a baby sitter situation but I had to go on TDY and my wife was in school. Secondly, the next provide she is fantastic I wish she could stay and she is one of the good ones however, 2 months later they some how come down on PCS orders with a 2 week advance notice. Keep in mind the CYS-FCC coordinator knew these things but did not inform us. Lastly, now we are in a siltation right before the holidays and some how there are no providers.
