Community Partnership for Child Development (CPCD) information provided by: Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments

CPCD provides children living in poverty or challenged by special circumstances with an early childhood education through Head Start, Early Head Start and the Colorado Preschool Program. Also provides health, dental and family support services to children and families who enroll.

Application Process:
Be an El Paso County resident & qualify. Have immunization record, birth certificate. Proof of income for previous year or 12 months, W-2 or tax return, QUEST card if receiving food stamps or TANF

Eligibility Requirements:
90% of families must meet federal poverty guidelines for Head Start (3 - 5 yr olds) and Early Head Start (pre-natal to age 3); no income requirements for children with special needs or at-risk preschool program children
