Colorado Springs veteran celebrates hitting the century mark

Gazette, The (CO) - 11/30/2015

McLaughlin, who celebrates hitting the century mark Tuesday, said that positive attitude helped him through three wars, four children and 30 years in the Air Force. The altitude, he said, makes it easier to keep that attitude.

McLaughlin was raised in upstate New York and went to college in Pennsylvania, but he really didn't learn about bad weather until he was drafted.
