Mycall

MyCall is an emergency alert call system designed for use by patients in hospitals and other care facilities, including residential facilities. This wireless emergency call system can be integrated with a range of safety and security systems, while providing essential information to caregivers, administrators and facilities personnel. MyCall can be integrated with emergency call from fixed wall stations and wireless pendants; wanderer management with the RoamAlert system; fall management with the TABS system; and third party systems of all kinds. The system is scalable, and it can be expanded after installation. Information from the RFID system is sent to the point of care by way of a central software platform. The MyCall system includes the following components: a wireless receiver, mounted on the wall near the MyCall computer, picks up signals from resident pendants and other call points, and sends them to the computer; the wireless repeater increases the range of the MyCall system for facilities that cannot be covered by the wireless receiver alone by picking up signals from resident pendants and other call points and retransmitting the signals to the receiver; the water resistant wireless pendant(s) is worn around the neck or attached to a belt by residents, enabling them to call for help from anywhere within the covered area of your facility; and fixed call points, which can be installed in each resident room, have check-in button that enables the resident to confirm daily that everything is fine.
